Moore Stephens Stoke on Trent : Corporate Recovery & Insolvency

We recognise that whatever the prevailing economic climate, owners of businesses may need our assistance in the form of both informal and formal insolvency advice. Our approach sees formal insolvency proceedings as the option of last resort. Our first priority is to focus on recovery - both of the business and its corporate structure. We believe this approach is in tune with the spirit of the times and responsive to market demands. In addition to undertaking all types of formal insolvency appointments, through our Creditor Services function, we provide advice and training to a variety of organisations on credit control and debt collection. The department which comprises two partners and seventeen staff can advise and provide a range of services which include:
  • Business recovery services
  • Services to lenders
  • Financial recovery services to individuals
  • Solvent corporate reconstructions and closure
  • Services to creditors and stakeholders
  • Services to professional advisors
