  International businesses : corporate services

We provide a full range of compliance and strategic services to international businesses including:

Assurance
Moore Stephens LLP has been advising clients on a range of international regulation and compliance issues for a number of years. As such, we are in an excellent position to advise on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Sarbanes-Oxley s404, as well as both UK and US GAAP. In addition, Moore Stephens LLP is PCAOB and CPAB registered.

The International Business Group is experienced at managing multi-juridictional audits and other financial reviews, using both UK and local expertise from the Moore Stephens International network.

International tax planning
As a firm with a significant international client base, planning and controlling multi-jurisdictional tax matters is a key element of our tax offering. The scope of our services to clients with international operations extends, therefore, beyond the delivery of compliance services to advising on international business structures and tax issues to perfect their position in cross-border transactions. We are also able to advise clients on international and local tax implications, both in response to, and in anticipation of, changes in tax environments and to their own particular needs.

An effective transfer pricing policy is essential in current international markets. Many tax jurisdictions, including the UK, recognise the importance of arm's-length pricing policies to protect their sovereign entitlement to tax.

Raising finance and flotation assistance
The team boast a wealth of corporate finance and listed company experience, including:
  • corporate advisory services on structuring operations and entry into capital markets;
  • raising substantial capital for international development strategies;
  • acting as reporting accountant on public listings;
  • international merger, acquisition and sales support;
  • due diligence.
