Moore Stephens Corporate Recovery offers a full range of corporate recovery services, including restructuring and reorganisations, lender and other business reviews, traditional administration and receivership as well as other formal insolvency appointments.
Our approach sees formal insolvency proceedings as the option of the last resort. Our first priority is to focus on recovery, both of the business and its corporate structure.
Simon Paterson
Simon has extensive experience in all areas of corporate recovery, including liquidation, receivership and administration, insolvency and bankruptcy. He has worked with a wide spectrum of business sectors including financial services, construction, retailing, leisure and professional services. He has also been involved with civil litigation support and other investigatory assignments for a number of clients including the major British clearing banks. Simon runs the corporate recovery office in Chatham and is a Licensed Insolvency practitioner and a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

David’s experience covers corporate recovery, business and personal insolvency. He provides a breadth of services in administrations, receivership, liquidations, individual and partnership voluntary arrangements and bankruptcies. He has over 15 years experience and is a partner in the Chatham office. David is also a Licensed Insolvency practitioner. |
