If your company is in financial difficulties, we can carry out an administration to save the business or achieve the best realisation of its assets.

This process can provide a period of breathing space to develop a rescue package. During this time, creditors are prevented from recovering assets, unless they have permission from the court.
Companies can be put into administration either through an 'out of court’ process (usually initiated by a company, its directors or a floating charge holder) or through a court application.

Pre-pack administration
A pre-pack may be appropriate if the value of your business lies in its people and/or brand, as opposed to its physical assets.

Pre-pack administrations involve negotiating a sale of all or part of the business or its assets to a purchaser before an administrator is appointed. An administrator then effects a sale immediately, or shortly after appointment.
