CF10a assistance & regulatory reporting

CASS Officer Report
Under the CASS regime, a firm must allocate an individual (depending on the CASS firm classification) the responsibility for the CASS operational oversight function (CF10a) to ensure compliance with the CASS rules and report regularly into the firm’s governing body. Firms are required to demonstrate a culture of honesty and ethical behaviour, which extends to adhering to all systems and controls adopted for the segregation and protection of client assets. The CF10a should also be able to monitor any significant changes to the CASS regime, and will be expected to maintain a comprehensive CASS risk assessment, covering all CASS rules and regulatory reforms.
We can add value by providing assistance with a tailored risk assessment and keeping you informed of recent, and upcoming, regulatory changes through our horizon scanning service.
