Selection process

Recruitment mornings are held throughout the year for vacancies in London and the south-east. For offices elsewhere in the UK, please contact them directly. Contact details are available on the UK website.

Please note that, during peak recruitment periods, it can take up to one month for us to respond to your on-line application. When we receive your application form, you will be sent a confirmation email. We will then respond to your application as soon as we can.

All correspondence with candidates is via telephone or email and so please ensure the contact details you give will be functioning in the weeks following your application.

If your application is successful, we will contact you to invite you to the next available recruitment morning. The event is as much an opportunity for you to assess us, as it is the other way round.

The morning will consist of:

  • a presentation about the firm
  • a presentation about the qualifications and training contract
  • an interview with a partner or manager
  • a tour of our offices
  • a team exercise
  • lunch with current trainees

We aim to let candidates know if they are to be offered a training contract within a week of them attending the recruitment morning.
