OpCost

We are now collecting data for OpCost 2018 (published September 2018).

If you would like to submit data for OpCost 2018 (data for the year ended 31 December 2017) please complete the online form. The deadline for data submission is 31 May 2018.

If you submit operating cost information on your fleet that is suitable for entry into OpCost, you will receive a FREE subscription to OpCost online. To qualify for a free subscription you are required to submit data for at least one third of your fleet in 2017, or seven or more vessels, whichever is greater. If you submit less than this, you will receive the relevant subscription for 50% of full price.

To qualify for entry into the database, vessels must have been trading for 320 days or more annually, unless they have been through a class required drydock during the year.

Any data sent to us is treated as strictly confidential, all data is being stored safely in our database, which is only accessible to a handful of employees within the Shipping Industry Group of Moore Stephens. There is no external access permitted to such data. No information on running costs is published without ensuring the complete anonymity of contributors. We must emphasise that our primary aim in producing OpCost is to provide a service that, in our experience, is unique in the shipping industry. Please follow the links below for more information:
