Welcome to our Insurance Regulatory eBulletin

Welcome to this edition of our Insurance Regulatory eBulletin, which aims to keep you updated with significant regulatory developments and their implications across the insurance sector.

October has brought good news for a number of insurers who will no longer be required to have their Solvency & Financial Condition Report (SFCR) audited. However, the month has been defined by the ongoing Brexit negotiations and the release by the Bank of England, PRA and FCA of a suite of Brexit related letters and  consultation papers designed to put in place a stable financial services sector post March 2019. The extension of the SM&CR has also resulted in further regulatory publications as the implementation date of 10 December gets closer.
