Philip has 28 years’ audit experience, the majority being in the public sector – both international and UK central government – having led audit and other assignments in over 70 countries, as well as a number of years specialising in the not-for-profit (including charity) sector. Since 2006 he has been a senior manager on the EuropeAid team of the firm’s Public Sector Group, managing and leading assignments on behalf of the European Commission world-wide, on projects/programmes delivered by the United Nations; World Bank; government ministries and agencies; international and local non-governmental organisations (NGOs); and other international organisations (e.g. the Red Cross). Philip’s work benefits from his eight years’ UK National Audit Office experience, including external audits of United Nations’ bodies and his secondment to the World Bank in Washington, D.C. and Tbilisi, Georgia. Philip has also carried out audit training of SAI (Supreme Audit Institution) Directors of India and Lithuania.
