Philip heads up the firm’s Culture, Entertainment and Media sector having had many years’ experience working with the industry from media companies and industry representative bodies through to individuals working in the creative industries, literary estates and arts charities.

Philip has a particular interest in developments in efficient trading structures in the industry, contributing to the debate around personal service companies and Government/HMRC initiatives. He advises a range of companies and individuals around structures providing strategic advice around business modelling and tax efficiency.
