Dominic Arnold

Dominic leads the Tax Investigations and Disputes practice at Moore Stephens LLP. He specialises in resolving difficult tax investigations and disputes and also assists clients in making disclosures under HMRC programmes. Services Dominic provides to clients include:
• tax investigations (civil fraud (Code of Practice 9), HMRC enquiries (COP 8 to local enquiry) and assistance with criminal investigations);
• tax disclosures (UK and offshore disclosures including the Worldwide Disclosure Facility);
• tax dispute resolution (Alternative Dispute Resolution and tax schemes);
• consultancy (expert witness services and ad-hoc tax administration advice).

Before joining Moore Stephens, Dominic spent 18 years in a variety of investigation and compliance roles with HMRC. He left HMRC in 2007 to join the London Tax Dispute Practice of a Big 4 accounting firm.
