Dickon joined the firm in 1978 as a trainee. He became a partner in 1985. For a number of years he served on the National Technical and Training Committee.

He is now the senior partner of the office, and has served on the Executive and Supervisory Boards of Moore Stephens UK Limited. He has also served as a Governor of a Further Education College and is involved with a number of charities. He was recently awarded the Diploma in Charity Accounting.

Dickon has supported his clients' Boards of Directors with financial advice and strategic planning to strengthen and develop their companies. He has been involved in a supporting role with his corporate finance knowledge in buying, valuing and selling companies.

He brings a holistic approach to succession planning taking account of business and personal goals and helping with inheritance tax planning.

He has many years experience within the agriculture, education, charity and public sectors.
