Christopher is an Associate Director within the Governance, Risk & Assurance Group at Moore Stephens, based in the firm’s London office.

Chris specialises in advising and assisting clients on data protection and privacy issues which includes the UK Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This involves educating organisations on the subject, writing and advising on privacy policies and procedures and the general management of these activities across any organisation. Chris also has considerable experience of delivering controls assurance and SOX compliance services as part of his Governance Risk and Assurance role.

As a qualified chartered accountant, Chris also specialises in delivering audit, advisory, accountancy and business consultancy services to clients within a wide range of sectors in the United Kingdom and around the world.

In 2014 Chris took a one year secondment at a major international bank where he was working within the Global Restructuring Group and Capital Resolution Group providing the bank with specialist knowledge to assist them in restructuring and asset sale scenarios.

Chris joined Moore Stephens in 2008, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, having trained outside of Moore Stephens qualifying in 2006.
