Moore Stephens moves to 44th place in UK wide apprenticeship rankings

Moore Stephens has been rated a ‘Top 100 Employer’ for apprenticeships, coming 44th in a ranking table that covers organisations of all sizes and across all sectors. Last year, the firm ranked 68th for its first time in the rankings.

The RateMyApprenticeship ranking, now in its fourth year, is based on anonymous reviews from participants in work-based training schemes, including apprenticeships, school leaver programmes and gap-year schemes. “We’re delighted to have climbed the table this year,” says Lizzy Jones, Senior Resourcing Advisor for Moore Stephens. “This is an exciting result. The reviews are anonymous and provide open and honest opinions on the training programmes that employers run.”

Individuals review their employer on a number of factors, including the extent to which they have learnt new skills, whether they have enjoyed the programme, how valued they feel by the employer, how well organised or structured the programme is, the support provided, the salary package and the opportunities available outside work.

Trainees providing reviews of Moore Stephens were taking part in a Level 4 apprenticeship programme. They highlighted various strengths, including the ability to gain both technical and soft skills while serving clients, the support provided by our Learning & Development team and other colleagues, and the sociable, friendly atmosphere.
