More time to enter the Charities Against Fraud Awards!

Charities wishing to enter the Charities Against Fraud Awards now have more time to do so, as we have extended the deadline to 17:00 on Friday 6 October. This means you now have an additional week to submit your entry to Alan Bryce at

New for 2017, the awards are specifically designed to recognise excellence in tackling fraud within the charity sector.

The awards offer charities, both large and small, the opportunity to showcase their success stories and share examples of best practice achieved or implemented in their fight against fraud. Winners will be given a half day fraud awareness training for their staff by the Counter Fraud Team of the British Council. As one of only a very small number of charities with a dedicated team, they have developed their own training package bespoke for the sector.

The awards are free to enter and open to all UK-registered charities, with two categories; one for small and one for large charities.
