Moore Stephens and WARC launch the second annual Martech survey

Today we launched our second annual survey investigating the trends and investment in marketing technology, and we need your support! Moore Stephens and WARC, the global authority on advertising and media effectiveness, are collaborating to determine the state of marketing technology use and investment across the globe with views on budgets, current and future technology use, customer experience and martech skills.

Last year, our pioneering research valued the UK & US martech market at a combined worth of $34.3bn a year – with respondents expecting martech budgets to increase by 10% over the next 12 months. So what’s changed since then? As emerging technologies – chatbots, artificial intelligence and machine learning – become more established, has this had an impact on productivity and effectiveness of in-house and agency marketing teams?

The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete, and every respondent will be sent a full copy of the resulting report.
