Moore Stephens launches cloud based outsourcing service

Accountancy and advisory firm Moore Stephens has launched a cloud-based outsourcing solution, Stream, which gives the information edge to mid-market and international businesses.

The new service is an online finance and accounting solution that allows businesses to view and drill down into their financial data through one easy-to-use central hub. Stream represents the latest evolution from Moore Stephens’ established outsourced accounting service.

Moore Stephens’ Business Outsourcing partner Ian McBane comments: “Our clients now have even more real-time access to the accounting information they need. They receive the same high quality personal advisory service from our outsourcing team, with the added benefit of maximum mobile and real-time access to accounts information.”

A key strength of Stream is that it can embrace the needs of businesses at each stage of their lifecycle. “We are working with the latest technology and apps in the market to meet clients’ document workflow, finance, accounting, and business intelligence needs,” Ian says. “We take account of each client’s current situation and future growth plans, then create the most appropriate package to support them as their business evolves.

“Our solution offers the business intelligence, mobile functionality and on-hand advice that mid-market and international businesses require,” Ian says.

Key features include a seamless, cloud-based, end-to-end bookkeeping process and easy access to key data and reports. The solution offers smart, real-time reporting and analytics to support better decision making.

“We are providing businesses with a genuine, cloud hub, which they can use for multiple business activities,” Ian says. “Clients can use the Stream hub to access cloud applications for other non-accounting functions, such as HR management. In this way they can further streamline their access to key business information.”
