  • delivering service charge reviews to ensure that all eligible costs incurred by landlords are recovered in accordance with lease terms;
  • completing tenant and guarantor covenant reviews to assess the financial strength of existing or prospective tenants and provide assurance on future cash flows;
  • conducting turnover rent reviews or providing further assurance that turnover information is complete and the correct definition of gross turnover in the lease is being applied.
