Businesses are facing tougher decision making with the most challenging external factors (politically, socially and economically) witnessed in a decade.  As the leader of your business, you have to remain resilient to keep ahead of the competition and ensure your business can quickly adapt to disruptions while maintaining continuous business operations.

At this event we will introduce you to experts and peers who will share insights to help you address how to build resilience during these challenging times.

Businesses on a growth trajectory will face numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.  What decisions you make now and how resilient you are whilst leading your organisation can have an impact on how quickly you can adapt to the changing times whilst safeguarding your people, assets, brand and business.

• Does you and your business have the right tools in your toolkit to build resilience?
• Is there a need to look to new international markets for future growth?
• Do you need to refinance your growth and what should that look like?
• Could working with Partners help you mitigate risk?

These are the some of the challenges that the panellists at our event have faced.  As some of the South Coast’s prominent SMEs leaders, they are going to share their story with you and give you the opportunity to ask questions, and learn, from their experiences.

About the Event
The panel will be made up of two local SMEs who have witness growth in recent years, alongside some local business experts who can share local plans to support business growth in the region:

Dale Howarth will present on ‘Building personal and business resilience’ - tbc
Andrea Wulff, Moore Stephens, will present findings from their latest owner managed business report
Andrew Morton, Santander, will challenge your thinking on what new international markets are open to you

The panel will include local businesses who have all experienced growth in the region:
Celine Murphy of Priavo Security
