On 17 February 2010, Phillip Sykes, Jeremy Willmont and Bill Beach of Moore Stephens were appointed joint administrators to The Reader’s Digest Association Limited, a UK subsidiary of The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc.
The joint administrators have convened an initial meeting of the creditors of The Readers Digest Association Limited to be held in accordance with paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 at 11.00am on 21 April 2010 at the Redgrave Suite 3, The Barbican Centre, London EC2Y 8DS.
Amongst other things, the purpose of that meeting is to consider the joint administrators’ proposals to creditors. A copy of these proposals can be viewed/downloaded by clicking the following image or on the link to the right of this page.
Creditors wishing to attend or be represented at that meeting should complete and return the proxy form and statement of claim forms that can be found at appendix D of the proposals and return the completed forms to the administrators before 12 noon on 20 April 2010.
