PHONES 2 U DIRECT.CO.UK LIMITED (IN CREDITORS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) UPDATE
On 21 February 2008, David Elliott of Moore Stephens LLP was appointed liquidator of the company.
Attached is a copy of the annual report to creditors that was circulated on 12 March 2010 and sent by post to all known creditors.
Investigations are ongoing and at this stage we are unable to confirm either the timing or quantum of any dividend. However, we do anticipate making a recovery that will allow a dividend to be paid to creditors.
We are receiving numerous calls and emails from creditors and whilst we are happy to provide an update, creditors will only be given the same information as set out above. However, each call or email incurs further costs that deplete the funds to be distributed to creditors and therefore, if possible, we would request that you continue to use our website for updates.
A further update will be posted should any material developments occur.
