We acted as reporting accountants to an international telecommunications group in connection with their registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Television
We acted as Reporting Accountants to a television operation in connection with their admission to the Alternative Investment Market. We are acting for the leading television branding, promotions and advertising agency.
Telecoms/ e-commerce
We carried out due diligence in connection with an acquisition of an international telecoms group which has established a successful e commerce credit settlement operation. We have also advised on international tax structuring.
Internet incubator
We act for an internet incubator which has invested in a broad range of internet start-up operations. We advised on financing, and carried out a valuation in connection with a restructuring.
E commerce operation – luxury goods market
We act for a UK based start-up operation which provides a link between the luxury goods market and the general public by acting as a 'one-stop' internet linked based service to individual retailers. We were involved in a corporate finance role, providing general business advice and sourcing finance on their behalf.
Telephone call centre
We acted for a telephone call centre in the financial services sector. We provided corporate finance and structuring advice to develop and promote the product.
E commerce solutions software
We act for a niche market dealer in e-commerce solutions software to which we provide ongoing corporate finance business solutions on an ad hoc basis.
Software development
We advised a software development house on financial restructuring and provided support services to enable it to continue with the development of a web based knowledge management system.
We act for two software groups in the manufacturing sector who are listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). We have advised on a acquisitions, registration with the the Securities and Exchange Commission, and compliance with the requirements of S404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.
Mobile Communications
We act for a mobile communications group who have recently completed first phase funding under the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
