Sue advises companies and their shareholders in a wide range of sectors. She specialises in the energy & mining and shipping sectors and has a number of clients within the UK tonnage tax regime. She also advises on corporate tax planning, including corporate acquisitions and disposals and company reconstructions. She has acted as an expert witness on the taxation position of UK shipowning companies. Sue qualified with Moore Stephens as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1991. She became a partner in 2001.
