Since becoming a partner in 1994, Mark has acted for a variety of clients. Providing corporate accounting, audit and tax services he acts for a large number of commercial concerns both owner managed businesses, wholly owned subsidiaries and listed concerns. Mark has a particular interest in the not for profit sector acting for a number of charitable concerns and specialising in the friendly society sector.
